TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Timelines
We will agree together a time and date for the singing activity to take place and only change it by mutual convenience.

Service Level
In the case of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to reduce the number of voice leaders in the team.  While we guarantee the same quality of service, we may reduce our previously agreed fee.

Deposit
A deposit may be required depending on the payment agreed.

Payment
Payment is due 14 days after the billing date.

Cancellation
50% of the fee will be payable where the client has cancelled within 14 days of the activity starting and there is no mutually agreeable rearrangement possible.

Complaints
We request that any complaints about our services are made in writing.  All complaints will be taken seriously and each case will be looked at individually however we can give no guarantee of a resolution.

Insurance
As members of the Natural Voice Network we hold Public and Products Liability Insurance.
