CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND POLICY


When you book a place for one of our events, we request payment in advance because this helps us with our planning.  If we don't receive a critical number of payments in advance, and we need to cancel the event, our costs increase due to the administration of refunds.

If we cancel an event we will ask you if you want us to  a) give you a refund,  b) carry your payment forward to another event or  c) contribute your payment to our running costs.

If you cancel your booking more than 2 weeks before the event, we will ask if you want us to  a) give you a refund, or  b) contribute your payment to our running costs.

If you cancel your booking less than 2 weeks before the event, or if you do not attend on the day, we will automatically contribute your payment to our running costs.  If you haven't yet paid for your booking, we will ask you to pay for it after the event.
